Viewing Posts by Branch

The Posts by Branch page lets you see all of your posts organized by branch (or location). Instead of scrolling through a flat list, posts are grouped under each branch so you can quickly check what content is assigned where.

Opening the Posts by Branch Page

  1. From the main navigation, go to Posts.

  2. Select Posts by Branch from the view options.

The page displays each branch as a collapsible card, sorted alphabetically by branch name. Each card shows:

  • The branch name and location (if set)

  • A status badge indicating whether the branch is active or inactive

  • A post count badge showing the total number of posts assigned to that branch

Expanding and Collapsing Branches

Click on any branch card to expand it and reveal the posts assigned to that branch. Click again to collapse it.

To manage multiple branches at once, use the buttons in the toolbar:

  • Expand All -- Opens every branch section so you can scan all posts at a glance.

  • Collapse All -- Closes every branch section for a compact overview of just branch names and post counts.

Each branch shows up to five of its most recent posts. If a branch has more than five posts, a View all [count] posts link appears at the bottom of the section, which takes you to the main posts list filtered to that specific branch.

Searching for a Branch

Use the Search field at the top of the page to find a specific branch by name or location.

  1. Type a branch name or location into the search field.

  2. The list updates instantly, showing only branches that match your search.

  3. Clear the search field to show all branches again.

Filtering Posts by Status

You can narrow down which posts appear using the Status Filter. This filters the posts within each branch, not the branches themselves.

  1. Click the All Statuses button in the toolbar.

  2. Select one or more statuses from the dropdown:

    • Draft

    • Pending Approval

    • Approved

    • Scheduled

    • Published

  3. The page updates to show only posts matching the selected statuses. Branches with no matching posts are hidden automatically.

To reset the filter, open the dropdown and click Select all or Clear all.

Understanding the Summary Bar

Below the filters, a summary bar shows two key numbers:

  • The number of branches currently visible (after any search or filter is applied)

  • The total number of posts across those branches

This gives you a quick sense of scale without needing to expand every section.

Viewing a Post

Click on any post card within an expanded branch to open that post's detail page, where you can view or edit its content, captions, media, and approval status.

You can also hover over a post card to see a quick preview of the post without leaving the page.

What You Can See

The Posts by Branch page respects your role and branch assignments:

  • Admins and managers see all branches and all posts across the organization.

  • Members see only the branches they are assigned to, along with any posts they created themselves.

If you do not see a branch you expect, check with your organization admin to confirm your branch assignments.

Tips

  • Use Collapse All first, then expand only the branches you need to review. This is especially helpful for organizations with many locations.

  • Combine the search field with a status filter to quickly find, for example, all Pending Approval posts for a specific branch.

  • The post count on each branch card reflects the total number of posts (before any status filter). When a status filter is active, the count updates to show only matching posts.
